Planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Mission Statement

A luxurious community focused on wellness and independence through Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Services. We offer Short Stay and Extended Care Services. The Brazos of Waco is conveniently located close to hospitals, restaurants, hotels, and shopping with easy access to W.Loop 340/TX-6 and Interstate 35. With more than 61,000 square feet, The Brazos offers the Waco community 119-beds for short-term rehabilitation as well as extended stay.

The Brazos of Waco is proud of its history in the community and we treasure our relationships with residents and families. We strive to maximize and enhance the quality of life of our residents in a compassionate and professional environment. The need for long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation may not occur under ideal circumstances. A fall, stroke, or brief illness can deprive us of our customary feeling of independence and security. Fortunately, we have a team of trained professionals that will assist in developing individualized plans of care, in order to achieve desired goals.
